Chelsea FC agree fees for three top players

Chelsea FC have agreed fees for three top players on their tranfer wishlist according to sources with bids accepted for Arda Turan, Romelu Lukaku and Javier Pastore.

The decision to bring the three talents into Stamford Bridge now rests on new manager Andre Villas-Boas who will make the final decision before the players undertake a medical and agree to personal terms. Pastore was the subject of a €50m recently and the club, Palermo, have accepted after it emerged that no other clubs would be bidding that much for the midfielder.

Lukaku is another player which has been somewhat of a rollercoaster ride however Anderlecht have now accepted a bid thought to be in the region of £18m for the 18 year old striker. Turan has also had a bid of £18m accepted by Turkish side Galatasaray with the international likely to undergo a medical this week.

Chelsea FC owner Roman Abramovich will be particularly please in signing all three after rivals Manchester United had taken a march on the West London club, signing three players already. With three ready to be completed for Chelsea, their main focus can now be on selling those not needed and investing more where required.

With Neymar and Sanchez now a no-go, there is speculation that they will increase their efforts for Luka Modric of Tottenham once more, and will look at Porto’s Falcao as a new attacking option.
