Grand National Tips : Punters look for value Aintree as each way runners to bring returns for punters

All eyes are on Aintree as punters eye the latest Grand National free bets & tips on the horse racing, as Paddy Power announce a new offer for Saturday’s showpiece.

The Grand National is the biggest horse racing event around and it takes place from Aintree on Saturday afternoon.

There are a number of big races talking place before the big event, but in truth, those piling into the famous racecourse are there to see the showpiece meeting.

Grand National: Paddy Power Free Bets Offer

Its the start of the Grand National Festival Paddy Power celebrate with a new free bet offer worth £20/€20 to customers to spend on any race – including the big one on Saturday! – they’re also paying out 5 places each way! – claim here!

As ever, there is a strong field for this one and a number of trainers and owners will feel as though their horses have what it takes to win the Grand National. It is sure to be a tight contest with so many entries and after we saw the closest finish ever last year, we could be in for another close one this time out.

Sunnyhillboy was the horse that finish in second place in 2012 and Jonjo O’Neill will be desperate for his gelding to go one better this time out as that photo finish would have hurt the trainer last year.

The ten-year-old has had just two runs since the Grand National and they haven’t exactly gone to plan as he was back in fifth place at Haydock in November and then pulled up at Warwick in January.

However, it seems as though O’Neill has had this race in this mind throughout the campaign and wants his horse as fresh as possible for this one. Sunnyhillboy is good value at 16/1 and he might be worth backing, especially in the each-way market.

Another horse that many are looking forward to seeing is the twelve-year-old veteran Imperial Commander, who will be running for only the second time since 2011.

Nigel Twiston-Davies’ horse missed the Cheltenham Festival through injury and in some ways that could have been a blessing in disguise as he is now fit and ready to take on the Grand National.

Also at 16/1, Imperial Commander does look to be decent value, but it is going to take a special run from the 2012 Cheltenham Gold Cup winner to come out on top here. He will, however, be a fan-favourite on Saturday afternoon.

These two are going to have to put in big performances as they are not considered as front-runners right now.

On His Own is the current favourite and is going to be tough for anyone to stop as long as he jumps well and stays out of trouble.

Seabass, Cappa Bleu, Colbert Station, Chicago Grey and Teaforthree are also ahead of the 16/1 duo in the betting for this Grand National.

Chicago Grey is a horse that is attracting a lot of attention right now and 12/1, you have to say he has good odds, especially after an impressive win at Navan back in February.

In the last ten years, we have seen three favourites come out on top and have also witnessed a 100/1 winner in the shape of Mon Mome in 2009, which shows you that anything can happen in the National.

Neptune Collonges was a 33/1 winner last time out and since 1999, no trainer has won the race twice, so many might be looking at a Nicky Henderson-trained horse here as he has never won the Grand National.

One thing is for sure, this is going to be an enthralling race that you don’t want to take your eyes off.
