Arsenal and Liverpool target gives clear indication he is heading to Premiership
Arsenal and Liverpool target Diego has admitted that it is his dream to play in the Premiership and claims that discussions with some English clubs have already started to take place.
The midfielder has been in trouble at his Bundesliga club Wolfsburg recently and the player is ready to move on with the Premier League his favoured destination despite interest from other European clubs.
Talking to The Independant Diego said.
“I prefer not to mention the names of clubs out of respect for the managers and the owners but it’s true that there is contact with some clubs in England. Of course I will give these offers special attention because it’s my dream to play in the Premier League.”
Diego added.
“At this moment England is where I want to play. We are just starting to have conversations with clubs so it’s too early to say where I will be going, but it would be perfect if I can play in the Premier League.”
The likes of Liverpool, Arsenal and Tottenham have been linked with the creative midfielder for some time and it seem now that the ball is starting to roll. Whether that be London or Merseyside we shall wait with anticipation.
