Arsenal and Tottenham will have to find at least £10m for West Ham and England midfielder Scott Parker with the East London club having already accepted an offer of £10m from Turkish side Fenerbahce.
However Scott Parker is insisting on a London switch, wishing to remain in London. There have been reports of the player suggesting he would prefer a move to either Tottenham or Arsenal but it is now up to the North London clubs to find the £10m to make any move a reality.
Tottenham are currently struggling to raise cash and will need to sell some players before making a concrete offer, Arsenal on the other hand are in a position to make something happen but whether interest is serious by the Emirates club remains unclear at the moment.
