Arsenal gunning for Italian sensation
Arsene Wenger is ready to take another look at signing Fiorentina star wing back, Juan Manuel Vargas.
The Peruvian international has been on the Gunners’ radar for the past season now, as well as attracted interest from Liverpool.
Vargas is a versatile defender who can also operate on the wings or as a centre midfielder, a commodity that Wenger would be delighted to have in his ranks.
Juventus are also monitoring the 27 year-old, and it’s thought that he could be available for a sum of £10m.
