Sources suggest that Samir Nasri will agree to stay on at Arsenal for the coming season.
The French playmaker has been linked with a move away from the Emirates for the majority of the summer, but has now reportedly accepted that the North London outfit refuse to sell him at this moment in time.
Arsenal already lost Nasri’s club and country compatriot, Gael Clichy, to Manchester City last week. Manchester City were the forerunners in the race to sign Nasri.
The 24 year-old now looks set to run down his contract which expires in July of next year.
By leaving on a Bosman free transfer, Nasri will be in a powerful position next July when it comes to selecting his club. The Frenchman would have a £10m signing-on fee, should he leave.
