There are plenty more pre-season friendlies taking place on Saturday and Arsenal, Tottenham Hotspur and Liverpool are all in action.

Arsenal’s encounter against Napoli is the second match of the Emirates Cup as Porto and Galatasaray meet just before this one. It should be an interesting match as the Italians now have Rafael Benitez in charge of course and have been busy in the transfer window.

For many Gunners’ fans, this is a chance to see the side in action for the first time of the pre-season campaign and although this is just a friendly, it is a match that Arsene Wenger will be looking to win as he goes up against some top-quality opposition.

Arsenal have had a decent pre-season so far and know they need to continue their momentum to the start of the Premier League season. if you fancy a bet on the home side, you can back them at 11/4.

As for Napoli, they are trying to mount a title challenge in Serie A this campaign and despite losing Edison Cavani to Paris Saint Germain, Benitez has managed to sign Gonzalo Higuain – who was a big target for Arsenal and he is going to be a key man in this one.

If he plays, he could be good value to score the first goal at 4/1 and you would say Napoli are a decent bet at 17/5 in this one.

Then, Tottenham take on big-spending French side Monaco in what should be an interesting clash.

Spurs are of course dominating the headlines at the moment as there star man, Gareth Bale looks to be on the move and it is going to be interesting to see if he makes an appearance in this one.

Andre Villas-Boas will want a good performance and a win from his squad to show that the Bale situation isn’t having an effect on the displays on the pitch.

As for Monaco, they could have the likes of Radamel Falcao involved in this one and it isn’t a surprise to see that they are the favourites to take the spoils at 29/20.

This has the makings of being a cracking pre-season friendly as both sides are sure to play free-flowing, attacking football.

The final game to look at on Saturday comes from Anfield as Liverpool entertain Olympiakos in a game that celebrates the superb career of Steven Gerrard as this is his testimonial.

Gerrard is of course still playing and will be a key member of the side this campaign, but this match is a chance for fans to thank him for his time at the club and it is fitting that Olympiakos are the opponents as the Liverpool captain scored one of his most famous goals against them in the Champions League.

You can get odds of 4/9 on a win for the Reds and although the result doesn’t matter, you can be sure Gerrard is desperate for a win.

Bring on three interesting encounters on Saturday.
