Arsenal’s hot and cold striker Nicklas Bendtner is probably the likeliest of players to depart this season after his father Thomas told one of the daily newspapers that his son was “100% open to a change of clubs”.
The 23 year old Dane has not had the best of seasons and most fans will agree it is time for the striker to move on, his father however believes the striker always did his best.
“Nicklas is 100 per cent open now to a change of clubs, he has made his decision and he has told it to Arsenal.”
The Arsenal strikers father continued.
“Nicklas needs to be playing from the start so, sadly, he must leave. He wanted to finish the season first, so no-one could say he didn’t fight for a first-team place right until the end.”
Whilst Arsenal fans are unlikely to be upset by the revelations it does mean that Wenger will be needing another striker this season.
