The FA Cup is back with Arsenal v Tottenham the pick of the betting odds as Paddy Power announce this morning that they will offer refunds should the game end in a draw.

Arsenal are seen as 10/11 favourites by Paddy Power to eliminate arch-rivals Tottenham from the FA Cup Third Round in the North London Derby whilst Man City look to avoid an upset against Blackburn.

In the pick of the other games, Manchester City will look to avoid a potential upset as they travel to Ewood Park to face Championship side Blackburn.
