Arsenal’s danger man Santi Cazorla

Arsenal held on to pick up an impressive 2-1 win in an enthralling encounter against West Ham at Upton Park courtesy of goals from Santi Cazorla and Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain.

He said these wins are very important before the start of FA Cup season as The Gunners are set to defend their FA Cup title.

“We’re in FA Cup season and this match had all the frenzy and excitement of a classic cup tie” said Cazorla

The Hammers had appeared to be in control of the game’s early stages, but two Arsenal goals in the last four minutes of the first half put the Gunners in the driver’s seat.

First, Santi Cazorla continues his run as The Gunners danger man, as he won and converted a spot kick, then Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain capped a fine run with a driven cross which Danny Welbeck was able to poke home.

Remember Cazorla is Arsenal’s most in-form midfield player. Against West Ham’s yesterday, he drove between hammers defenders impressively to win the penalty, before grabbing the ball with authority and confidence.

With Cazorla current form, the German star Mesut Ozil will do well to win back the No. 10 role when he returns from injury.
