Barcelona star Andres Iniesta set for return against Real Madrid
Barcelona’s official website has suggested that midfielder Andres Iniesta is set for a possible return against Real Madrid in the second leg of their Champions League semi final tie.
The midfielder had missed the first tie with a calf strain but the official news is that he has begun re-training with the team.
“A day after the 2-1 defeat to Real Sociedad, the first team returned to training and the big news from the session was Andres Iniesta who has began working with the group.”
Whilst the return leg may be a little early for Iniesta, with the match being played on Tuesday evening, it has been reported from numerous source that with Barcelona enjoying a 2-0 lead, that he mat start the second leg on the bench.
