Barcelona entertain Paris Saint-Germain in the Champions League quarter-final second leg on Tuesday and with the score level at 2-2 after the encounter in France last week, Barca will be confident they can progress to the final four.

Tito Vilanova’s men took the lead twice at the Parc Des Princes and could not hang on for the victory, but the manager is sure to be happy that his side have two away goals ahead of this clash at the Nou Camp.

Vilanova will ask for a similar performance to the 4-0 drubbing of AC Milan in the second leg of the previous round and if they manage that, then the Catalan giants should sail through to the semi-finals. A home win is available at 4/11.

They do face a nervous wait on the fitness of Lionel Messi though as the Argentine came off in the tie last week and will need a late fitness test to see if he can play in this one. He is likely to be in the squad, but Vilanova knows just how important it is that his best player starts on Wednesday night.

If Messi doesn’t play, it would of course be a blow for the home side, but they do have players more than capable of winning this one and the likes of Andres Iniesta and Xavi would have to show their class.

Barcelona are incredibly strong on home soil and they haven’t lost a Champions League match at the Nou Camp since 2009, so it shows you just how tough this encounter is going to be for the away team.

PSG know they cannot come to Spain and sit back for 90 minutes as they have to score in order to qualify, but Carlo Ancelotti has to get the balance right between going  gung-ho and remaining solid at the back as if you come to this ground and look to take the game to Barca, they really can punish you.

Ancelotti decided to play David Beckham in the first leg due to the fact that he has a lot of experience in the Champions League and it will be interesting to see if he goes with the Englishman yet again here.

One man certain to start is Zlatan Ibrahimovic and he will be looking to get on the score-sheet yet again after finding the net in the first leg.

It is safe to say that the Swede didn’t enjoy his time at Barcelona and another goal at the Nou Camp would mean a lot to him. You can back Ibrahimovic scoring at anytime in this one at 11/4, which is good value for a player of his quality.

The odds are stacked against PSG as they are out at 11/2 to qualify, but if they can put in a big performance here and get that bit of luck that you need to beat Barcelona on their own turf, then they can cause an upset.

We are all set for a thrilling 90 minutes of action here and it all gets underway from 7.45pm.
