Bayern Munich v Manchester City odds, free bets, – Bayern 3/1 to win at Allianz?

Manchester City start their 2014/15 Champions League campaign with a daunting trip to the Allianz Arena and Bayern Munich.

Bayern are second favourites to lift the trophy in May and have an excellent recent record in the competition.

As for Manchester City they have struggled to make an impact on Europe’s elite club competition.

Wednesday Champions League Offer : Bayern at 3/1 OR Man City at 8/1!

A run into the last 16 of the Champions League is their best attempt, after twice failing to qualify from the group before last year’s attempt.

Bayern are unbeaten in the Bundesliga, however are yet to really impress and dropped points against Schalke.

Manchester City’s Premier League defence has made an indifferent start, with Manuel Pellegrini’s men suffering a shock 1-0 loss at home to Stoke City.

The pair have been drawn to face each other in three of the last four Champions League group stages.

In the first meeting, Carlos Tevez infamously refused to come on as a substitute in a 2-0 loss away to Munich.

Manchester City have won two of the last three games against Munich, including a surprise win at the Allianz last term.
