Blackburn Rover’s to sign Roque Santa-Cruz permanently
Blackbrun Rovers are ready to keep Roque Santa-Cruz on permanently after they failed in their attempt to lure Roma striker Mirko Vučinić.
Santa-Cruz had previously played for Blackburn from 2007 until 2009 where he joined Manchester City but then returned to the Lancashire side in 2011 on loan. Although his loan period has not been as successful as his previous spell, the side feel a full season could just well do the trick and City are very much prepared to sell.
It is believed a figure of £8m will be enough for City to allow him to depart allow it will represent a loss on the 29 year old who they first purchased for £17.5m
