It is understood that Bolton have had a bid accepted for Liverpool forward David Ngog.
The Frenchman has been linked with a move away from Anfield all summer following the arrivals of Luis Suarez and Andy Carroll in January, and a deal now looks set to be complete before Wednesday’s transfer deadline.
Ngog was a signing from former Kop boss Rafa Benitez in 2008 when he moved to the club from Paris St Germain.
The 22-year-old enjoyed his best season at Liverpool last season making 38 appearances as Fernando Torres missed a lot of the first half season and then moved to Chelsea in January. Despite this, he has found himself surplus to requirements since the arrival of Kenny Dalglish
