There is a match taking place this evening as the current league-leaders – Borussia Dortmund – entertain Werder Bremen.
Dortmund have won their opening two matches and got themselves six goals, so they look in good form and are sure to take this one if at their best. When looking at the odds, you can see that the home team are being offered at 1/4 to take the spoils here.
Jurgen Klopp knows his side have to keep the pressure on Bayern Munich throughout the season and although it is still very much early days in the Bundesliga, this is a chance to go three points clear.
Werder Bremen come here in good spirits though as they have also won both matches of the season so far and sit in fifth place.
Bremen are out at 12/1 to take this one and it is going to be an extremely tough game, but they might just be ready to cause a bit of a surprise. It should be a cracking game.
Moving onto Saturday’s action, Bayern Munich lock horns with Nurnberg at the Allianz Arena and should have more than enough quality to take all three points.
Pep Guardiola has had a good start to his career at Bayern, but he has to continue to build momentum and as they are on home soil, nothing other than a win will do for the home fans here.
With the players in their squad though, the Champions of Europe shouldn’t have any problems here, especially as Nurnberg have only managed two points in the season so far.
Bayer Leverkusen have also had a good start to the season as they sit on six points and on Saturday afternoon, they take on Borussia Monchengladbach.
Leverkusen are at 7/10 for the win and if they are at their best, there is no doubt they will come out on top here.
However, the away side won last time out and bets might just be a popular on them as they are at 9/2.
Other games on Saturday afternoon include Schalke heading to Hannover, Hoffenheim taking on Freiburg and Mainz locking horns with Wolfsburg.
The evening kick-off on Saturday sees Hertha Berlin take on Hamburg. Hertha have four points on the board already and at evens, they might be another popular bet for the win, whereas Hamburg have only managed a single point and know they need to get a victory under their belt as soon as possible.
There are then two matches taking place on Sunday and the first of them sees Eintracht Frankfurt make the journey to Braunschweig.
These two teams both sit on zero points after the first two games and the draw could be value here at 5/2.
Augsburg and Stuttgart meet in the final game of the weekend.
It should be a superb two days of action in the Bundesliga.
