The Bundesliga season started last weekend , as fans of German football now have the opportunity to watch a high quality live stream online, with Bayern v Stuttgart, Werder v Hamburg and Nurnberg v Dortmund the featured games as we bring you the latest schedule from week two in Germany.
It was a great opening to the campaign, as the two teams that are the favourites for the title both got off to the perfect start as champions Borussia Dortmund and last seasons runners-up Bayern Munich took all three points in their respective matches.
This time out, Dortmund face a tough trip to Nurnberg on Saturday afternoon – who also started off with a very impressive victory away to Hamburg.

As for Bayern, they host Stuttgart at the Allianz Arena where they will be looking for a comfortable win. Stuttgart got off to the worst possible start with a defeat at home to Wolfsburg and they will know that it does not come tougher than this weekend’s fixture.
Kicking things off in the Bundesliga on Friday night are Mainz and Greuther Furth. Both are searching for their first victory and Furth need to bounce back from a 3-0 defeat on home soil to Bayern.
Four other teams all then also searching for their first victories of the campaign go up against each other on Saturday afternoon as Bayer Leverkusen host Freiburg and Augsburg travel to Schalke.
Both Leverkusen and Schalke will be targeting Champions League spots this campaign and know that these are the kind of matches they should be winning.
Hoffenheim will then be looking to kick-start their campaign on home soil with a victory over Eintracht Frankfurt. Frankfurt won their opening match against Leverkusen and be aware that after being promoted last season, a good start is key if they are to beat the drop.
Two sides that were defeated last weekend, Hamburg and Werder Bremen then play at Weserstadion. Bremen will be looking to build on their ninth place finish last season and Hamburg only narrowly beat the drop so will want to get three points on the board here.
The late kick-off on Saturday evening sees two teams that go off to the perfect start – Dusseldorf and Borussia Monchengladbach lock horns in one of the pick of the ties this weekend. A win for either side could see them top the table at this early stage.
The last encounter to look at is between Wolfsburg and Hannover, who each just missed out on a European place last campaign.
Hannover started off with a draw on home soil and Wolfsburg had a great 1-0 win away from home.
It is all set for another great weekend in the German top flight and there could be a few shocks along the way.
