There is one game on Friday evening and it sees Leicester City lock horns with Watford at the King Power Stadium.

A win for the hosts moves them into the top six and gives them a good chance of finishing in the play-offs, but the visitors also need a victory as they are four points behind Hull City in second place at the moment.

Both are sure to play some attractive football and this game could set the tone for the weekend. Watford look decent value at 14/5.

Moving onto Saturday, regardless of Watford’s result on Friday night, Hull can secure promotion to the Premier League with all three points at Barnsley.

The Tigers haven’t won in two matches and nerves seem to be getting the better of them at the moment, but they will be desperate to take the spoils here.

It won’t be easy though as Barnsley are just a point from safety and could be relegated if results go against them this weekend.

Elsewhere, Brighton & Hove Albion can secure their place in the play-offs when they head to a Leeds United side that sit in mid-table and have only pride to play for.

Brighton put six goals past Blackpool last time out and look to be in excellent form, so they could be a good bet at 11/8.

Ipswich Town and Birmingham City lock horns in what is a battle between two sides sure to be playing in this league again next season, while Middlesbrough entertain Charlton Athletic.  Blackpool and Derby County also go head-to-head.

Blackburn Rovers have moved five points clear of the bottom three, so look to be staying in the Championship this campaign and they head to a Crystal Palace side that haven’t won in six matches, but still sit in fifth place with a game-in-hand.

As we know, Cardiff City have been crowned Champions of this league and a carnival atmosphere is expected at the Cardiff City Stadium on Saturday afternoon when Malkay Mackay’s men host Bolton Wanderers.

The away team will hope that the league-leaders have been partying all week and aren’t in the races in this one as the Trotters might need a win to move back into the top six.

A Bolton win can be backed at 21/10.

Nottingham Forest might have to win their last two matches to reach the play-offs, so three points are needed at a Millwall side that need are four clear of the bottom three and just one win away from keeping their Championship status.

There are other big matches taking place at the bottom of the table as already relegated Bristol City are at home to Huddersfield Town, who know a victory here sees them beat the drop.

Also, Wolverhampton Wanderers take on Burnley at Molineux and with Peterborough United not playing until Saturday evening, Wolves can move out of the drop zone with a win here.

The Posh entertain Sheffield Wednesday in the late kick-off of the day and they might be in the drop zone, so the pressure is likely to be on Darren Ferguson’s side.

It is all set for a massive day in the Championship on Saturday.
