Chelsea close to signing Belgian sensation
Romelu Lukaku arrives in London today to undergo a medical before finalising a move to Chelsea from Anderlecht.
The Blues confirmed on Saturday that they had agreed a deal with the Belgian outfit to sign the starlet, and the 18 year-old was close to signing for the club.
The deal is valued at around £20m and the forward, who netted 16 times in 37 appearances last season, has been described as ‘a good man’ by soon-to-be manager, Andre Villas-Boas.
The teen will then join up with the Belgium squad for their friendly against Slovenia on Tuesday.
