Chelsea FC have made the decision to bring Galatasary target Arda Turan on board after Villas-Boas gave the go ahead for the board to bring the 24 year old in.
The West London club had originally enquired regarding a £15m offer for Turan and were told £18m would be the right price. With certain clubs demanding such high transfer fees for their players, Chelsea feel they could have one of the seasons bargains and do not wish to wait too long, therefore preparing a move early next week.
The left winger is highly rated across Europe although at this stage it seems only Chelsea are ready to bid the asking price for him. With Chelsea having lost on Alexis Sanchez who wishes to join Barcelona, and with the Neymar mystery ongoing, they see Turan as a brilliant, yet reasonable replacement.
Galatasaray have also been quiet in their dealings with regards to Turan and one can expect an announcement at some point next week.
