Chelsea will not enter bidding war with Manchester City for transfer window’s hottest property

Chelsea FC are not prepared to enter into a bidding war with Manchester City for Alexis Sanchez believing the player to be over valued already.

This should make way for Manchester City to make the highest offer for Chilean Sanchez although it is believed he would prefer a move to either Manchester United or Barcelona. Udinese have been cunning this month, releasing snippets of information at intervals to increase the transfer fee between rival suitors however Chelsea feel enough is enough and shall not be made to increase their bid only for City to raise the bar.

The issue remains though of which team Sanchez would like to play for. He is apparently not keen on a move to Eastlands who will be making the highest bid and although Udinese may accept their offer, Sanchez could very well refuse to talk to them. Should a stalemate between Sanchez and Udinese occur, the Serie A side will have to look at other bids from Barcelona, Chelsea and Manchester United, bids that will of course be significantly lower that Manchester City’s.
