Club Brugge go into the second-leg of their last 32 Europa League tie with Hannover 96 on Thursday evening, hoping to overturn a 2-1 deficit from the first leg.
When the two teams met last week, it was Hannover that secured the victory, hitting back from 1-0 down on the night by scoring two goals in the last 20 minutes to take a slender lead to Belgium.
Club Brugge are by no means down and out though and they will be hopeful that home advantage can be the deciding factor in this second-leg tie. After all, their home form has been excellent recently with three domestic wins in succession in front of their own fans.
Since the defeat to Hannover in the first-leg, they also secured a 2-1 home win over Kortrijk, so they have momentum in their favour as the Europa League returns.

Before the first game began, they would have probably settled for this situation going into the home-leg and now is where they have to make it count.
Hannover will be determined to match their home win with a positive performance on the road though. Their fans may have feared the worst when they fell behind in the first-leg, but the excellent spirit showed to fight back was encouraging for them.
The Bundesliga side are in decent form going into this one too. They are unbeaten in seven games across all competitions, winning five of them. They have won two of their four away games in the Europa League this season too, so they are a capable outfit on the road.
With away goals counting for double after extra-time at this stage of the Europa League, the first priority for Hannover will be to get themselves on the score sheet.
They have only scored eight goals in 11 Bundesliga away games this season though, so perhaps Club Brugge will back themselves to shut their German opponents out.
Overall, it is set to be a tense and competitive contest between these two hard-working and organised teams. Hannover 96’s win in the first-leg makes them favourites, but Club Brugge’s away goal could prove crucial and at 6/4 for the home win we think that’s a price taking up.
Don’t take your eyes off this one from 6pm on Thursday.
