Eden Hazaed hails team-mate superstar Faregas
Chelsea world-class player Eden Hazard has hailed team-mate Cesc Fabregas and insists he ‘knows everything about football’.
The former Arsenal midfield star has been in sensational form since moving to Stamford Bridge from Barcelona in the summer, and has more assists in the Premier League so far this season, 15 in numbers.
The Belgian playmaker Hazard claims it took no time at all for him to develop an understanding with his Spanish counterpart.
“With Cesc, you don’t need to work for years together, we just needed one game, one training session and we knew each other,” said Hazard in an interview with the Chelsea magazine.
“It’s a pleasure to play with him because he knows everything about football. He’s a brain – you can see that because he has 15 assists in the league already, in January.” He added.
Hazard admits that the Spanish star is very good and he has the same vision as him, so he likes playing with him.
Chelsea are once again five points clear of Manchester City at the top of the table having recovered from a minor blip and are looking in ominous form, as was evidenced in their 5-0 thrashing of Swansea at the weekend.
