Ipswich Town have completed the signature of Jay Emmanuel-Thomas on a three-year deal.
The former Arsenal striker will become Town’s second signing of the day, with David Stockdale joining on a season-long loan this morning.
Emmanuel-Thomas has been loaned out to several Championship clubs over the past two seasons, including Blackpool, Doncaster and Cardiff City but has decided to drop a league this time on a permanent basis.
The 20 year-old was pegged for a bright future at the Emirates, after captaining the youth side to the FA Youth Cup back in 2009, but only managed one start for the senior side.
Ipswich Town signed the striker for an undisclosed fee.
