Everton FC ready to pay playmakers wages in loan offer

Everton look prepared to make a loan offer for Tottenham Hotspur midfielder Niko Kranjcar with the Goodison Park club currently unable to raise funds to make any permanent signings.

Everton manager David Moyes is still trying to sell the likes of Yakubu so he can invest the funds in fresh faces but is finding it increasingly difficult trying to locate a buyer capable of paying the Nigerian’s wages. With that in mind the club are looking to add numerous loan signings to the squad with some additional youngsters to be hurried through the system.

Kranjcar meanwhile has admitted to wanting to leave the club for more first team football which would be likely at Everton and certainly should Mikel Arteta depart for Spain as reported.

With many clubs like Everton feeling the brunt of the transfer window and unable to invest too heavily, Moyes could receive a big payment for some his stars like Leighton Baines and Jack Rodwell however he is not interested in allowing any of his main players to depart at this stage.
