Everton loan deal for striker

It is understood that Argentinian forward Denis Stracqualuris is travelling to Everton o undergo a medical at Everton in preparation of a season-long loan deal.

The 23-year-old is currently with Buenos Aires club Tigre and is reportedly close to becoming Everton’s second summer signing.

The Toffee’s only other signing was 17-year-old youngster Eric Dier, who is unlikely to make a single appearance for the first team this season, whilst boss David Moyes has spent this summer fighting off interest for his top players.
Everton have struggled for funds this summer with no money being supplied to Moyes for new signings, and they have rejected bids for the likes of Phil Jagielka and Mikel Arteta.

Despite the lack of funds, the Scotsman is ready to bring in Stracqualursi to provide a fresh spark in his squad. A result of the deal for the Argentinian could be the possible departure of forward Jermaine Beckford who is attracting interest from Leicester, who have agreed £4million transfer fee with Everton.
