Everton striker takes Championship switch to Leicester City

It’s been confirmed that Jermaine Beckford has completed a transfer to big-spending Leicester City.

The striker arrived on a free transfer last summer from Leeds United and scored eight goals for the Premier League in his debut season.

However, David Moyes has decided to cash in on the 27 year-old, in a deal that looks to be worth about £4m.

The crisis at Everton is only worsening too, as reports emerge claiming that Mikel Arteta has asked to leave the club, and is set to join Arsenal.
