FA Cup Final as firm announces Sergio Aguero refund offer for Man City v Wigan at Wembley

Its the FA Cup Final as Paddy Power release a new free bets offer for punters as Man City take on Wigan at Wembley.

The popular Irish firm is well known for releasing money back specials on big events, and today is no different as they report they will refund bets should Man City’s Sergio Aguero score the last goal of the game.

The FA Cup final takes place on Saturday evening as Manchester City and Wigan Athletic lock horns at Wembley Stadium.

Saturday Football: Paddy Power Free Bets Offer

Its definitely an exciting day of football, with the FA Cup Final, as Paddy Power celebrate with a free bet offer worth £250/€250 to customers to spend on any match! – they’ll also refund bets should Sergio Aguero score last for City! claim here!

It isn’t much of a surprise that the Citizens have made it to this stage of the tournament as they were being tipped as the favourites back in the third round at the start of the year, but not many would have been expecting Wigan to reach the final.

Man City are looking for their second FA Cup victory in three years and if they are anywhere near their best on Saturday evening, they should win this one comfortably. At the moment, you can back City at 4/11 to win inside 90 minutes.

Although fans at the Etihad haven’t been too pleased with the poor defence of their Premier League title this season, you can’t argue that second place and an FA Cup victory counts as a decent campaign and Roberto Mancini will be desperate to get his hands on the trophy.

There are a number of match-winners in the squad for the favourites, but Sergio Aguero is a man that enjoys shining to the big stage and he could be good value at 4/1 to score first in this one.

The Argentine scored in the 2-1 semi-final win at Chelsea last month and if given the chance, he is sure to stick the ball in the back of the net.

Manchester City have been extremely strong in the FA Cup this campaign as they have only conceded one goal throughout the tournament and scored 14, so it is tough to look past them lifting the trophy on Saturday evening.

As for Wigan, it is of course a great achievement by Roberto Martinez and his squad to reach the final of a major domestic competition, but Premier League survival remains the key and this encounter might not have come at the right time.

The Latics come here on the back of a bitterly disappointing 3-2 defeat at the hands of Swansea City during the week, which made them odds-on for relegation from the Premier League this season.

However, Martinez has to raise the spirits in his squad for this clash as the last thing he needs is another heavy defeat before two massive league matches.

We have seen in the past that Wigan are no strangers to causing an upset and they are out at 9/1 to win this one inside the 90 minutes.

Man City might have a lot of match-winners at their disposal, but Wigan don’t have too many and if anyone is to provide that touch of class in the final third, it could be Arouna Kone.

Kone has been excellent for Martinez this season and backing him at 4/1 to score at anytime looks to be a very good bet at this stage.

It might not be the most eagerly anticipated FA Cup final there has ever been, but it certainly isn’t an encounter you want to be missing. It all gets underway from 5.15pm on Saturday evening.
