Fabregas, Nasri and Clichy are off, Arsenal striker could be next

The majority of Arsenal’s player will return to training this week however there will be a few players that will be calling a meeting with the Emirates manager Arsene Wenger to inform they will be on their way out.

Clichy is already close to a move to Manchester City, only a medical being in his way. Cesc Fabregas, the Arsenal captain wishes to move to Barcelona and samir Nasri wants trophies, something he feels can only be achieved elsewhere.

However, with two big Arsenal players leaving there are reports of Dutch striker Robin van Persie suggesting the club could implode with so many departures with the 27 year old having been linked with a move to AC Milan, who see him as the ideal replacement for Felipo Inzaghi.

Van Persie has admitted on numerous occasions that his future lies with Arsenal however with so many other players wishing to leave it seems that even Arsenal’s main goal scorer could be starting to feel a bit edgy. There were always going to be changes at the Emirates this season although it was thought to be a case of evolution and not revolution. With three good players looking to leave, and van Persie voicing his concerns behind the scenes, Wenger and his staff will have quite a battle on their hands as they look to turn a lot of negativity into something positive for pre-season.
