It is understood that after agreeing terms and passing a medical, Barry Ferguson has sealed his move from Birmingham to Blackpool.
It was revealed last week that the two clubs had agreed an undisclosed fee for the midfielder, and that after Ferguson left Birmingham’s training camp, a deal was soon to follow.
Ian Holloway will be striving to fill a midfield void left by the departures of Charlie Adam and David Vaughan to Liverpool and Sunderland respectively.
The former Scottish international is believed to have penned a two-year contract with the option of a further 12 months available.
