As we head into October the scouts for some clubs really have their work cut out. Although many will be working domestically, some of the bigger sides as always will be looking abroad for the next up and coming youngster.

Arsenal, who look to have money ready to spend should Wenger require it, will certainly be looking abroad although it may not just be youngsters that the Arsenal manager could be looking for this time around.

Chelsea are still battling it out with Real Madrid for the signature of Brazilian starlet Neymar with a deal for the 19 year old likely to be sealed by at least one of the clubs in January with only minor terms to be agreed between the sides and the player.
