The name floating around most today is that of Eden Hazard and the fact that PSG now look to be wishing to sign him up. The player was at first a target of Arsenal but like most Arsenal targets they are quickly noticed by others who then send in their scouts. Possibly not though as a player of Hazard’s quality was bound to be noticed at some point. Perhaps Arsenal could have reacted sooner and purchased him sooner?
