Hazard is now a primary target of PSGThe name floating around most today is that of Eden Hazard and the fact that PSG now look to be wishing to sign him up. The player was at first a target of Arsenal but like most Arsenal targets they are quickly noticed by others who then send in their scouts. Possibly not though as a player of Hazard’s quality was bound to be noticed at some point. Perhaps Arsenal could have reacted sooner and purchased him sooner?
