Fulham Norwich Odds : Canaries look the bet to add heat on stuttering Cottagers

Fulham will be looking to end a run of three successive defeats this weekend when they host Norwich City at Craven Cottage on Saturday afternoon, as the Canaries grab plenty of attention at 9/2 with Ladbrokes.

Martin Jol’s men haven’t even scored in the last three games and they would welcome a return to form in this one. They are not in any danger of relegation of course, but it is important that they finish the season strongly with a place in the top ten the aim.

Last time out, Fulham felt extremely hard done by after the 1-0 defeat at Manchester United.

They had a massive shout for a penalty turned down and it was a game they could have easily got something from.

As it was though, they came away with nothing and perhaps they can let out their frustration against Norwich on Saturday.

As for the Canaries, their victory over Wolves last weekend has all but assured their place in the Premier League for next season. They can therefore go into this game under relatively little pressure.

Manager Paul Lambert has very high standards though, so he will not let his team relax as they search for their fifth Premier League away win of the season.

Craven Cottage was the scene of a humiliating 6-0 defeat the last time Norwich were in the Premier League too, so they will want to make sure they put up a much better fight this time around.

When these two met earlier this season, Norwich got a late equaliser after Fulham dominated the early stages and it should be another tight contest.

There is likely to be plenty of entertainment too as both teams can afford to attack from the off. Both sit in mid-table and can play with a refreshing freedom that could bring plenty of goals.

This one gets underway at 3pm on Saturday afternoon.
