Harry Redknapp: 1billion percent Luka not leaving
Tottenham Hotspur manager has said that there is absolutely no chance of Luka Modric leaving White Hart Lane this summer with just a few hours remaining of the transfer window.
Talking to Skysports Radio after arriving in London this morning Redknapp said:
“Luka’s not going which is great.”
The reporter then asked if that was 100% to which Redknapp replied:
“1 billion percent”.
With this sounding as firm as Tottenham have been all summer regarding Modric, Chelsea, who are still on the lookout for a playmaker will need to work fast to try and find someone for that area with the Stamford Bridge club linked with Franck Ribery of Bayern Munich recently and Marek Hamsik of Napoli.
