Tottenham manager, Harry Redknapp, says he will field his youngsters in the Europa League, branding the European competition a ‘Premier killer’.
The Spurs boss will instead devote his best squad to the League, in an effort to make a return to the Champions League spots.
Redknapp stated: “The young lads will get plenty of games in the Europa League because, otherwise, I think it’s a killer, to be frank,”
The manager added: “Thursday and Sunday every week, you’ve got no chance in the Premier with that. It kills you off, it’s a nightmare.”
