Internazionale can feel quietly confident heading into their fixture against bottom of the table Novara as the Italian giants continue their search for a European qualification spot.
Novara are without a win since November, failing to beat a side in a streak going back as far as their last eleven league fixtures.
Emiliano Mondonico’s side currently hold one of the worst defensive records away from home this season, letting an average of 2.10 goals in per game this campaign.
Novara are currently seven points away from getting out of the Serie A drop zone but don’t look likely to come any closer to top flight survival on Sunday when they travel to the San Siro.

The Biancoazzurri have only gained one point from their last six league outings and will almost definitely make a return to Serie B on the first chance of asking if results don’t improve sharply.
Inter were in a dismal bit of form but have revived their season under Claudio Ranieri following an upturn in mid-season performances.
The Nerazzurri have however hit a snag in their revival and are now three games without a win and will be hoping to return to winning ways with a victory over basement side Novara.
Inter are currently five points off 4th placed Udinese but can get that much closer to retaining their place European competition by gaining three points this weekend.
