The Everton pair of Seamus Coleman and James McCarthy are both out of the clash for O’Neill, was Ireland look for back to back wins.
Replacing both are Hull players in the form of Brian Lenihan and David Meyler, although neither have featured much this season.
Shane Long and Robbie Keane are both expected to start as Ireland go for goals against the European minnows.
Jonathan Walters has struggled to hold down a first team spot at Stoke, however will start in a forward position for Ireland.
