Fulham midfielder Jonathan Greening has hailed his sides spirit after finishing the Premier League season in eighth this year.
An impressive performance also saw Fulham claim a point against Arsenal although their performance should perhaps have brought them all three.
Greening claims the result was unlucky but claims the spirit at Fulham can always be seen on the pitch.
“Before the game we obviously wanted to win it and we were hoping Chelsea would beat Everton and that we would take seventh place, it wasn’t to be but we played well and we were unlucky not to have won the game.”
The former Manchester United midfielder added.
“I’ll be keeping fit in the off-season and be pushing for a place next season. I really enjoy it here at Fulham and the boys are quality. We’ve got a really good team spirit and I think that shows out on the pitch.”
