Manager Brendan Rodgers, whose side is the major disappointment of the Premier league season thus far, is said to be looking to sign Aston Villa duo Fabian Delph and Ron Vlaar on the cheap.
A combined fee of 15 million pounds is being touted, but Villa manager Paul Lambert insists Delph, Vlaar and striker Christian Benteke are staying put.
The Gunners have again been linked to Paris Saint-Germain’s Argentine Ezequiel Lavezzi, who is likely to leave the club soon, although most likely to Inter Milan in June.
Most importantly Liverpool manager, Brendon Rodgers will definitely go for a goalkeeper during transfer window. Already the 22 year old Italian Goalkeeper, Mattia Perin is linked for a move to Liverpool.
The former AC Milan forward, Mario Balotelli of Liverpool showed his dejection during the Premier League. If Inter Milan are desperate to get a striker in now, the home star is seen as a possibility.
There is a loan interest from Inter, but Rodgers already confirmed that he was not planning to release anyone.
“It is not something I have even thought about, to be honest. We have had a lot of games this season and a lot of competitions and at this moment the key for me is trying to keep this squad together” said Rodgers.
