Liverpool, Chelsea and Arsenal eyeing new Brazilian hotshot

Roberto Firmino is yet another up and coming Brazilian youngsterLiverpool, Chelsea and Arsenal are also looking to outgun the other in the transfer market where 19 year old Hoffenheim midfielder Roberto Firmino is concerned.

The teenager is currently causing ripples throughout the scouting network and has fired in four goals this season to push the Bundesliga club into fourth spot. Liverpool fans may remember Hoffenheim as the club that signed their former forward Ryan Babbel.

Whilst Firmino is classed as a midfielder he has been played just behind the striker this season and the change of position has had positive effects for the club as they look to gain entry into one of Europe’s competitions. His passing and trickery when on the ball has caused opponents numerous problems and at such a young age the youngster looks destined to move onto greater things in the future.

With Premier League sides constantly keeping an eye on events in the Bundesliga, Firmino is one player who is being assessed by all three sides as they look to add some up and coming super talent to their ranks. Liverpool are keen to add some creativity who will have a sell on value whilst Chelsea, having lost out on Javier Pastore and Luka Modric over the summer are keen to add some young creative blood to their ranks.

Arsenal meanwhile are monitoring numerous players within the German league and may consider a move as early as January in an effort to thwart the actions of others.

Firmino joined Hoffenheim in 2010 and has notched up an impressive seven goals in eighteen appearances for the club.
