Liverpool FC midfielder determind to fight for place
Liverpool FC midfielder Fabio Aurelio insists he will do everything he can to retain his place in the Anfield side and that he is happy to fight for his place in the team.
The Brazilian turns 32 in September and is aware that more quality will be brought in over the summer however new signings are something that Aurelio will be more than happy with.
“Liverpool always try to keep their squad as strong as possible and it’s always good to have competition, if it’s for the good of the team I’ll welcome whoever comes in.”
Aurelio continued.
“My worries are about myself and making sure I’m fit and available. I believe I have the right ability to fight for a place in the team. I expect to be available more next season than I was this season.”
With Liverpool expected to dabble well in the summer transfer market it would not be a surprise for numerous Liverpool midfielders to be fighting for their place in the starting XI next season.
