Liverpool FC turn to French maestro as Coentrao is deemed too pricy

Liverpool will now turn their attentions to Charles N'ZogbiaLiverpool FC are turning their attentions to Wigan Athletic ace Charles N’Zogbia after sources close to the Anfield club reported that Portugal international Fabio Coentrao was deemed to pricy and little value for the £26m Benfica are asking.

The 23 year old has also suggested a preferred move to Real Madrid would suit him more.

Liverpool will therefore turn their full focus and attention to that of N’Zogbia who has numerous clubs interested in his siganture after a terrific season.

Whilst the Wigan manager Roberto Martinez has claimed that N’Zogbia would only join a Champions league club, Liverpool’s proposed pushed for the title next season may see the 25 year old heading in the direction of Merseyside.

Valuations are up and down across the internet although it is believed that something in the region of £12m-£15m will be enough to tempt Wigan into a sale. Whether N’Zogbia will choose to ignore European football for another year remains to be seen.
