Liverpool on the brink of signing up former striker
Sources can confirm that Kenny Dalglish’s Liverpool are close to signing former striker, Craig Bellamy.
The Manchester City forward has reportedly been spotted pulling up at the club’s Melwood training facility, and could sign up before the transfer window closes in less than an hour.
Bellamy spent a year at Anfield in the 2006-07 season, and would provide backup to January signing, Luis Suarez.
It’s unknown what fee is being discussed to sign the striker, although a free transfer could be a possibility, as he looks for the last year on his Manchester City contract to be terminated.
