Liverpool striker Craig Bellamy delighted with return goal
Liverpool summer signing, Craig Bellamy, has revealed how happy he is to once again be scoring in a Liverpool shirt.
The Welshman netted the opener in the Wednesday’s 2-1 win over Brighton, which saw them progress to the next round of the Carling Cup.
Speaking to Liverpoolfc.tv, Bellamy said: “I managed to link up with Luis Suarez who is such an impressive player and it was a good feeling.”
After a disappointing time atManchesterCity, the 32 year-old seems happy to just be playing top flight football again, adding: “I managed to link up with Luis Suarez who is such an impressive player and it was a good feeling.”
