All eyes on the Etihad as these two heavyweights go head to head.
After Chelsea’s resounding 5-0 away win at Swansea its now up to Manuel Pellegrini’s side to keep the pressure on at the top.
The Citizens do look very much like title contenders, with only two defeats all season and only one defeat since October, and the good news is that Sergio Aguero is now looking back to full fitness after making an appearance as a sub against Everton.
Of course Pellegrini will be missing Yaya Toure and new signing Wilfred Bony, who are both on African Cup duty, as well as Samir Nasri and Eden Dzeko, who are both struggling with injuries.
As for Arsenal, Arsene Wenger will be looking for a better performance than their last away trip, when the Gunners went down 2-0 to Southampton, but they did improve to brush aside Stoke at the Emirates last week.
Mathieu Debuchy and midfielder Mikel Arteta will both miss the game through injury, while Calum Chambers should return after an illness.
This should be a cracker of a game with both David Silva and Alexis Sanchez playing out of their skins at the moment, and we could be in for a classic.
