Burnley have sealed the signing of Manchester City youth product, Kieran Trippier, on a season-long loan.
Trippier spent last season on loan at Barnsley where made 39 appearances in the Championship.
The 20 year-old defender is the second Manchester City player to join Burnley on loan this summer after the club acquired Ben Mee, also on a season-long loan.
Trippier has been capped at every level for England between U-18 to U-21 and helped the Manchester City to the FA youth cup in 2008.
The young defender could feature against Oldham in Burnley’s pre-season friendly on Tuesday night.
