Manchester United and Fulham go head-to-head at Old Trafford on Saturday afternoon in the Premier League, as William Hill offer free bets and report Martin Jol’s side are attracting plenty of interest with a +2 handicap start at 5/6.
With these two sides having different starts to their seasons – it looks set to be an interesting watch.
Looking at United to begin with, they got their campaign off to a poor start with a 1-0 defeat to Everton at Goodison Park.
In truth, it was a match where the Red Devils did not really deserve much in the end as they failed to create many chances in front of goal.
Sir Alex Ferguson will be desperate for that to change this time out and could bring Ashley Young into the side to replace Nani, whose final ball and distribution was very poor on Monday night.
Man Utd v Fulham : William Hill Free Bet Offer
The football is back this weekend, with some superb matches to get stuck in to as William Hill announce a new free bets offer worth £25/25 to all customers to spend on any match, including Man Utd v Fulham! Exclusive football offer – Claim here!
Also, the much talked about summer singing Robin Van Persie could get his first start for United alongside Wayne Rooney. The Dutchman was only given 20 minutes last time out and didn’t really get into the match.
With 37 games still to go – there is no need for Ferguson or his players to panic.
As for Fulham, in contrast to their opponents this weekend they had the perfect start to the season with a 5-0 drubbing of Norwich at Craven Cottage, a result that saw them top the table.
Martin Jol’s side dominated the game from start to finish and were clinical in-front of goal. To really boost the mood in the camp, new signing Mladen Petric scored a brace, something that will give him bags of confidence.
This may usually be a match that the Cottagers would dread, but with the spirits in the camp sure to be high – they can go into Saturday’s match hopeful of taking a result.
They would need to raise their game again to do so but Jol will send his team out to play their natural game and the pressure will be off them.
This match gets underway from 3pm.
