Manchester City striker longs for Italian homecoming
Chaotic Manchester City forward, Mario Balotelli, has made no secret of his disdain for England, particularly commenting on the country’s weather, and has now claimed he would love to return to his hometown of Sicily to play for Palermo.
The striker also made a point of how much he misses his friends and family in Italy. He commented on the move, saying: “You know where I would like to play? Palermo. I would like to go there.”
The Rosanero have funds available after selling former star, Javier Pastore, to Pars-Saint Germain, however can’t afford ‘Super Mario’ according to Maurizio Zamparini.
The flamboyant stated: “No comment, but if we sold Pastore because of a problem with his wages, how can we take Balotelli?”
