Manchester United will this week thrash out a deal with Inter Milan for creative Netherland’s international Wesley Sneijder with the Serie A club now in a position where they are required to sell the 27 year old.
In what has been one of the longest ongoing transfer saga’s of the summer, Inter believe they may be able to gain around £35m for the Dutchman however we are led to believe that a move closer to £27m will be discussed. Despite the club suggesting they did not believe they would be making another signing, Sneijder’s availability has pushed them onto the front foot as they look to cement a deal ideal for all parties concerned.
The player was due to play in the Uk for a friendly against England to discuss personal terms however the game has been postponed due to the rioting but Sneijder will remain regardless to go through the terms with Manchester United’s player acquisition team once a fee between the side has been arranged.
