Manchester United edge closer to Dutchman
Manchester United are edging ever closer to long term target and Inter Milan midfielder Wesley Sneijder with Inter Milan now looking to sell one of their main stars to raise the cash to invest further.
Sneijder has been a target of Manchester United’s for at least the last two years however while speculation has always been high, a move has never materialised. Sir Alex Ferguson though want to add the impressive Dutchman to his midfield this season and with Inter Milan now ready to sell, United are first in line to bring him to Old Trafford.
Inter have also just completed a deal that sees attack minded midfielder Alvarez heading to the San Siro, a player considered to be a long term replacement for the 27 year old. Ferguson will have to dig deep into the Glazer’s pockets if he is to get his man with a bid of at least £28m expected for the Serie A giants to even consider.
